Free shipping applies to orders over $49.
Our warehouses are located in the United States or Australia for speedy delivery. 
Express options are available at the checkout.

Flat Rate Domestic Shipping

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, we have flat rate standard shipping:

Australia: $5.95

United States: $6.00.

International Shipping (Outside of AU or US)

Free Shipping on international orders applies for any order over $99. Standard and expedited shipping options are available and calculated at the checkout.

Please note: As we operate in more than one warehouse, it is possible that your items may arrive in more than one delivery. All items will be shipped from the closes possible location. 

We accept returns as long as hygiene rules are followed. 

If you are not confident about sizes, please try on your anti chafe underwear over existing underwear to ensure you are happy with the fit.

Wash with mild soap and cold or warm water. Avoid direct heat as it degrades the stretch. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
